In 1990 Rykodisc published a 72-page commemorative booklet on THE RISE AND FALL OF ZIGGY STARDUST AND THE SPIDERS FROM MARS (1972) and included it the Limited Edition Ziggy Stardust CD packages released in 1990 by themselves (US) and EMI (UK). 

This commemorative booklet is currently out of print and hard to find.
