Six shows at the Tower Theatre

I remember it like it was yesterday. I was 14 years old in 1973 when he came to the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia for seven shows in one weekend and we saw six of them. My friends and had all bought at least one ticket for one of the shows but were able to sneak in to the theatre for the others. We even got a chance to sneak in to watch him and the band practice. We lived in the neighborhood and the theatre used to show movies so we knew how to get in. It was great - it changed my interest in music forever and I've been a big Bowie fan ever since then. One of my friends even got a kiss from David and a feather from his boa while he was on stage. We were all extremely jealous of her. I have seen Bowie every time his been to Philadelphia and I still think his on of the best and sexiest singers around.
