On January 8th 2007,  Toshiba-EMI began celebrating David Bowie's 60th birthday with staggered reissues (in batches of twos) of his 17 albums
as Japanese limited-edition CDs, housed in mini LP-style cardboard sleeves with their orginal artwork + obi strips.

Shown above is "The Rise and Fall of   Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars" (1972) released on Jan 18th 2007 as a mini-LP CD. 

Only the original eleven tracks are included  on the CD (i.e no bonus material). 

These mini-LP limited editions are usually released in runs of 2,000 - 5,000 each.

  Folded lyric sheet printed in Japanese and English, which for the first time includes lyrics to "It Ain't Easy".
